Mermaids in Saturn

Odd title right? It involves Jaclyn Hill and Morphe’s new eyeshadow palette and locally made earrings. You’ll understand soon, just keep on reading.

I created a mermaid glam look with my new AMAZING Jaclyn Hill palette and I was pretty impressed with myself. I am by no means an expert with makeup but sometimes I like to get brave and create new looks. They don’t always turn out great but I was so happy with this mermaid look and am very proud of it. I used primarily the colors from the palette named, “Enlight,” “Silk Creme,” “Huntz,” “Obsessed,” “Royalty,” “Twerk,” and “Pool Party.” I want to add that this palette is so pigmented that I was literally breathless swatching it. It is unlike any formula I’ve ever experienced so go you Jaclyn and Morphe for creating GOLD. Also, let me know if you would be interested in possible makeup tutorials; I’ve been wanting to but like I said I ain’t no professional. 😉

***********Now, let’s talk about Saturn.

I got these Saturn hoops from a local Nashvillian recently who makes beautiful jewelry in her spare time. I HAD to have these and got so many compliments about them. Here is her Insta info if you want to message her and order some of these or many of her other groovy designs: Erika Weaver.

I have a birthday coming up on the 11th and can’t believe I will be 24 years old. It seems like yesterday I was a kid wanting to grow up as soon as I could. Boy were we all wrong wishing for that. It is pretty cool being an adult though because you can go to bed whenever and eat ice cream for dinner. I hope y’all have a great week. Think about me on 7/11, lucky numbers for a lucky blogger.
